Instruction on use of the many new and unfamiliar (to us) on-board electronic "fancies" on the car was professional and effectively well done. The staff was willing to take whatever time we needed, explanations were helpful and clear, and was gracious during the whole process. They helped us download the needed apps from the web for our cell phone to get things to interface smoothly. Closing was a breeze. And yes, the price was compelling, well worth the drive since we came in from *WAY* out of town to buy THIS particular car which we found thru the internet. Price had been agreed to over the phone and was honored without ANY post-arrival posturing. I'd recommend these guys heartily and without reservation. This is the way buying a car should be.
