She was very helpful by giving me all the information that My experience with Honda of Fife began with an Internet inquiry that Brittany responded to. She was very helpful by giving me all the information that I initially needed. She was professional with a friendly warmth that came across in our interactions. Brittany was a great first impression for Honda of Fife . I went to the business site Monday 10/8 and have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience. My salesman was Jin and the sales manager that was assisting us was Brian. They treated me with professional courtesy and respect and more of that personal warmth that makes you feel they really care about you and helping you get the vehicle you want . The final great personal touch came from Monica. She was so very nice and helpful and personable. I have made a few calls in the days since my purchase and all of the above remain just as nice and helpful to me. Honda of Fife truly has quality people working for them . This was the best experience and most fun I have ever had at a car Jin Kwon is an awesome Sales Rep. for Honda of Fife. I started buying cars in 1955. This was the best experience and most fun I have ever had at a car dealership. Jin is very knowledgeable and eager to satisfy the customer. He is not a high pressure salesman, I felt very comfortable and at ease working the deal with him. The best part is my wife had fun and that is a first with her while buying a car. I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much! He was an absolute Godsend. Helping the clarify things, showing me all the features and options I had for financing. It was clear to me. Without a shadow of a doubt, assuming I ever get rid of this amazing car, I will be going back to Jin Kwon for all my future car purchases! More
