He wasn't one of those salesmen that was pushing really hard to make a sale that would annoy and push the customers way. Because of his patience and friendliness (he was great to go over multiple times all the numbers and different options that we were considering & changing), we ended up leasing a new car the same day. Jing Lau is the best! I have bought and leased many cars -- Audi, Infinity, Volvo, etc -- I walked into Herb Chambers BMW and met Jing. He was unlike most of the sales ass I have bought and leased many cars -- Audi, Infinity, Volvo, etc -- I walked into Herb Chambers BMW and met Jing. He was unlike most of the sales associates I had dealt with in the past. He gave us several options of cars that not only fit our needs but also our budget. He was professional, accommodating and patient with us. He came in on his one day off so he could be there when I picked up the car and he called me one week later to see how I liked the car and to see if I was having any issues. More
