Mathew did a tremendous job helping me pick out the car based on my “requirements” and answered all 4 million of my questions like a champ. Victor got my car set up for me and taught me how to use it with ease. I meannnn the car starts from your phone. Come on!! Chris was super personable when I was signing over my life, I mean, signing my lease, and even Joe in Finance gave me the options and add ons and I never felt pressured! This is extremely important as a woman - I never feel spoken “down to” here as I have at other dealerships in the past and you all know exactly what I am talking about, ladies!! Paul made sure my car was super shiny and clean so I could take it right out in the rain. Do you know Paul? He’s a fixture over there, a man of many talents! He’s the reason I started shopping at Newins! Marty is the reason why I keep coming back - he’s without a doubt the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He gives it to you straight - no nonsense. I trust him. How many times can you say that about the car service industry?? Overall, I always have an excellent experience at Newins Ford. Great Experience Recently due to a longer commute and a car that is high in mileage I started to look for a second car to balance out my commute and keep the car I hav Recently due to a longer commute and a car that is high in mileage I started to look for a second car to balance out my commute and keep the car I have longer. I bought an 08 Ford Fusion from Smithtown Ford in 2011 and have had a great experience with it as it has 151000 miles and is still going but now felt it was time to look for a car not too expensive that i could use a couple days a week. I looked online for a few weeks and went to a private dealership and another name brand dealership that both left me dissapointed and still searching so I decided to go back to searching online. I went onto Carfax.com and searched for ford fusions and found one that was the same year and model as I currently own with only 64000 miles and a pretty good price so I decided to contact Newins with an e mail. The next day I spoke to Joanie that works there and decided to go down and take a look. Joanie passed me off to Tom Siraco who showed me the car. I was very pleased with the interior, exterior and under the hood and Tom was an extremely nice guy who worked with my budget and made sure I got the carfax right away and answered all my questions. The 08 fusion he showed me served my purposes and for my price range so i left a deposit on it and the next day called up and confirmed i wanted the car. I have only had the car a couple of days and am very pleased with the overall condition of it and I cannot say enough good things about the sales process. Form Joanie to Tom to Joe in finance I had a very good experience and they were not pushy at all they were there to help me out with what I was looking for not upsell me into a big loan. I would highly recommend Newins Ford as it is the second ford dealership I have purchased a car from and the best one out of the two. Also, a few weeks prior to my purchase I brought a fusion in for the airbag recall and it was a very smooth process. More
