The sales and finance department did an excellent job. They answered all of our questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. The vehicle prep. dept cost the dealership a star. The front license plate bracket was not on when we picked up the vehicle and the oil was not changed. Oil use is down to 44% when I drove it off the lot. When I brought the vehicle back to have the license plates bracket installed, it took them almost an hour to get it done. Other than those 2 things I would recommend Boucher Chevrolet. More

Good Experience Great experience purchasing a new vehicle dealing with Joann. After making the rounds at other dealers she gave me the best price on my trade in. She also took her time and explained all the options on our new Equinox to my and my wife's satisfaction. She also took care of my paperwork to recieve a $700 Costco gift card. Awesome.!!
