We specifically asked to purchase an extended warranty and were oddly talked out of it, which is highly unusual for a dealership. When I returned shortly after the sale to address the problems, they refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable resolution. Zach Robinson, Glenn Peirce, Jon Day, and Joanna Thigpen all acted in bad faith, demonstrating a clear lack of transparency, honesty, and integrity throughout the entire process. More

So we meet Shane and what do you know we're childhood friends. John Thornton guy take our trade for appraisal. Shane an I begin the negotiations and strangely enough HONESTY+rebates+this that and more. I'm like really digging this deal right. appraiser returns and his numbers freaking match mine.
