Both the service and parts departments were great, they assisted with both taking wonderful care of my vehicle in service and in ordering the parts I needed. One specific sales person belittled my choice in Tundra and tried to push a different model, when I told him I was not interested in that model he quickly made his exit. More

I had service two plus weeks ago. This is the second negative survey I have filled out. I have called and have not received a call back. Customer service was good from service writer This is the second negative survey I have filled out. I have called and have not received a call back. Customer service was good from service writer. The work performed on my 4Runner was below expectations. Since Casey left, I find it hard to find good service. The tires were rotated, aligned and balanced along with an oil change. Valve stem covers are missing. Shaking in steering wheel. I’m guessing they don’t check their work. More
