I had such a wonderful experience at Wyatt Johnson Toyota in Clarksville! Kolby was excellent, and went above and beyond to make my car purchase happen. Awaiting the floor mats and key fob for over 3 weeks that was negotiated in the deal. I’m forced to reach out and try to get an update but only hear that they haven’t arrived yet. At this point I’m thinking was negotiated in the deal. I’m forced to reach out and try to get an update but only hear that they haven’t arrived yet. At this point I’m thinking that I don’t matter anymore because the deal is done. I guess customer service isn’t what it used to be. I done some research and I can have the floor mats delivered within 3 days. Lesson learned I guess. More
