I was feeling hopeless about being able to trade my car in and get a payment I could afford but Jesus Briceno made sure that when I left I had a reason to feel hope again. If I could give them a negative one I would have. Worst customer service experience of my life. They don't mind selling cars but will not hold up to promises after the sale! We called and spoke to the rep before making the 1 hour drive. We were informed to meet with the Service Manager when we arrived. We asked for the Service Manager by name Several times when we arrived, drive. We were informed to meet with the Service Manager when we arrived. We asked for the Service Manager by name Several times when we arrived, but he never came out to introduce himself. We were informed that the Service Manager knew all about the truck, but for whatever reason, he would not come and let us know anything. The sales representative very friendly, but the sales representative also did not know much about the truck. My family later walked inside and saw that Service Manager - not busy at all- but for whatever reason never introduced himself and never informed us of the truck. No one knew much about the truck but the Service Manager, but he never talked to us. We were informed to speak to the Service Manager when arriving, again, he never introduced himself and he was NOT busy... Long story short, my family and I did not obtain good customer service. Wyatt Johnson Toyota and Joe Hardy were the most professional team we have ever purchased a car with in over 10 years. The were honest and put no pressure on us to make any quick decisions. They are professional team we have ever purchased a car with in over 10 years. The were honest and put no pressure on us to make any quick decisions. They are the epitome of customer service and care, and made our car purchasing experience enjoyable and stress free during a time where it is very difficult to find a new car.
