We called and spoke to the rep before making the 1 hour drive. We were informed to meet with the Service Manager when we arrived. We asked for the Service Manager by name Several times when we arrived, drive. We were informed to meet with the Service Manager when we arrived. We asked for the Service Manager by name Several times when we arrived, but he never came out to introduce himself. We were informed that the Service Manager knew all about the truck, but for whatever reason, he would not come and let us know anything. The sales representative very friendly, but the sales representative also did not know much about the truck. My family later walked inside and saw that Service Manager - not busy at all- but for whatever reason never introduced himself and never informed us of the truck. No one knew much about the truck but the Service Manager, but he never talked to us. We were informed to speak to the Service Manager when arriving, again, he never introduced himself and he was NOT busy... Long story short, my family and I did not obtain good customer service.
