The service. was good & JoAnne explained the different options well. My main complaint would be communication. I had to call 3 times to see if my car was done. And was good & JoAnne explained the different options well. My main complaint would be communication. I had to call 3 times to see if my car was done. And finally got through around 5:30 PM. They close xx 6 & we live 20 miles away, so it was a bit of a rush together there on time. She did tell me that they are severely understaffed & were trying to hire someone. Also, I never received the video of my car as I was told to expect. They seem to be very overworked in this dept. More

The service visit for my 2020 Subaru Legacy went very smoothly. My car was serviced in a timely manner. I was called to confirm that I agreed to some extra work that was done.
