We scheduled a transmission flush and service with Subaru of Utica. I picked up the car and noticed the trans fluid was the same color (brownish red) so I called and asked if they did the work and was assure of Utica. I asked why the fluid was red, and not blue like the new oil. Mech told me all they did was drain 4 quarts and refill 4 quarts. $350 for a quick drain and fill and I can garrentee they didn't even do that....... Avoid this place. More

Brought in our 2019 Outback for oil change & tire rotation. It was quick and the service man at the desk, Tyler, was great! We looked at new Outback’s. But unfortunately, my husband doesn’t think we need a new one……….booo hoooo…. Our 2019 is low mileage!! So I guess we’ll drive it another 6 years (not if I have my way)……..BUT…….. I am NOT HAPPY WITH THE 2026 OUTBACK STYLE……… It looks like an extended Forrester……….. I’ll be thinking about that 2025 Outback I saw on your lot………it was NICE!!!!! More
