No one really "likes" to buy a new car. Sure some people are car nuts but they aren't buying Hondas, they are buying sports cars or exotics, again not a Honda. So we all walk in to a dealership in an appre are car nuts but they aren't buying Hondas, they are buying sports cars or exotics, again not a Honda. So we all walk in to a dealership in an apprehensive mood, not wanting to part with our hard-earned money, bracing to be accosted by an obnoxious sales person. Having bought a long list of autos over 35 years I know this is what I was expecting. And I could not have been more WRONG!! The sales staff was helpful but not pushy and when we were ready to buy they showed us as many vehicles as my wife wanted to see, the color and options had to be just right for her so they showed more patience than I was ready for. The whole shopping and buying process of paperwork, financing, set-up and delivery was seamless. Everyhting went as they said and the car was ready as promised. That not only happened the first time but the other three times I've been back to buy more cars there and then for my daughter too when she bought her own first car. The sales team always remembered us each time we came in and went out of their way to make sure we were happy, even bringing the owner over to meet us and allow us to sit with him to provide direct feedback, a rare event. The whole customer service attitude is carryied over with the mechanics, service desk staff, even the cashiers are warm, friendly and helpful. So now I don't mind buying a new car when I need to because I know what to expect and that the experience can actually be enjoyable, just like that new car smell More

Brandfon Honda made purchasing a new vehicle a stress free and enjoyable experience. The sales representatives were knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and did not hesitate to put up wit free and enjoyable experience. The sales representatives were knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and did not hesitate to put up with my indecisiveness on the model for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I didn’t feel as if I was being “forced” into a vehicle, I truly felt that the sales person took my needs and desires into consideration when helping me to select the perfect vehicle to fit my lifestyle. The financing representative explained all of the terms and conditions in a manner that did not make me feel overwhelmed or inferior. My visit was topped off with exceptional service when the sales representative was able to not only deliver the model but also the exterior color of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I will be returning to Brandfon Honda for all of my servicing needs and purchases in the future. More
