The fact that I and my family have bought or leased about seven vehicles from Branfond should say it all. I keep going back because of the great service etc in every aspect of the dealership. Car Shopping/Buying can be stressful and people are placed in a position of not knowing who to trust. I can't begin to tell you how many dealerships I have walked into over the years and the numbers q placed in a position of not knowing who to trust. I can't begin to tell you how many dealerships I have walked into over the years and the numbers quoted over the phone were significantly changed once I was there. Very discouraging to say the least. Joanne and Matt changed all of that. Very professional yet you feel like you have known them for years. Concerned about having to sit and wait because of how busy the dealership was (last day of month), they were constantly checking in with me to see if I needed anything. And of course, the numbers. EXACTLY what Joanne and I had discussed. Matt was outstanding explaining how the numbers are crunched and explaining my options financially. My wife was thrilled with her Honda. I'll finish with this thought: MR. BRANFON...GIVE THESE TWO A HUGE RAISE!!!!!!!! More

To make a very long story short, I bought my Odyssey in for a transmission service and I informed that the transmission was not repairable. Due to the age of the Odyssey and not wanting to replace the tra for a transmission service and I informed that the transmission was not repairable. Due to the age of the Odyssey and not wanting to replace the transmission in an old vehicle, I was faced with the reality of purchasing a new vehicle. Having purchased cars at Brandfon in the past, I was told that the Brandfon sales staff would take good care of me if I decided to buy a car from them once again. I was referred to Joanne Panzo. After getting updated on my situation she went to work on finding me the Honda Pilot that I was interested in. It turns out that a used one was arriving on the lot that day. Joanne worked hard to get the price I was willing to pay. When I met with Rob Cottingham I thought I was going to be offered a slew of extras to jack up the final cost..but that was not the case at all. My meeting with Rob was pleasant, informative and pain- free. They gave me a loaner to use free of charge while the Honda Pilot was prepared for sale and when I arrived to pick it up it looked brand new. I did have to return the Pilot to service for a couple of issues that I did not discover until I got the car home but Joe Whitmore from service assured me that the issues would be quickly and easily resolved..and he was right. I was on my way again in no time. Thank you Brandfon Honda for taking the unpleasant experience of saying goodbye to my beloved Odyssey and putting me into a Pilot, which I am very happy with. Your professionalism and kindness meant a lot . I have and will continue to recommend Brandfon Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a great vehicle. More

I leased my third car from Brandfon Honda yesterday, and am so pleased with the car, the service and the price. I have been leasing cars with honda for years, as well as my whole family. We absolutely lov am so pleased with the car, the service and the price. I have been leasing cars with honda for years, as well as my whole family. We absolutely love it there. You are treated like family. So much so that my family and I have created a relationship with our salesperson, Joanne Panzo, a relationship that turned our "salesperson" into a dear friend, whom we can trust. And we all know that trust is hard to find particularly in the car business. She knows exactly what I like, and what I can and can not afford. She never tries to "sell" me something out of my price range, like some other dealerships do. I honestly do not get the feeling that I am in a car dealership when I walk into Brandfon. I feel almost at home. This time around, I knew exactly what car I wanted. I wanted a red 2012 standard civic coupe. A very hard car to find at the time. There was one in CT, and two more in five surrounding states. The one in CT was at Liberty Honda, in Hartford. So, I decided to take a trip up to Hartford to check out the car, and I knew from the moment I walked in the door I was in the wrong place. I did not feel at home, and I did not feel that the dealership was looking out for my best interest, and more that they were trying to make the most possible money off the sale. I did not feel like I was being put first. The prices they were mentioning were far out of my range, and no where near the numbers Brandfon had offered me. When I told the other dealership what Brandfon offered me as a monthly payment, the salesman almost fell out of his seat. He told me he could not understand how they came up with those numbers and told me I would be better off going back to Branford, and he was absolutely right! I knew immediately I needed to leave. As a matter of fact I called Joanne from the dealership to let her know I was on my way. And Joanne never gave up on me, even when I was being a real pain! She searched for weeks and found me the car of my dreams! And because of her, and the people at Brandfon, Justin Beam and Matthew Goodwin, I am now driving around in the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I trust them completely and know that the minute I walk through those doors, they are there for me and to make me as happy as possible, and they certainly did. I would recommend them to everyone! I always have and I always will. More

Joanne was very helpful and friendly. Actually, she drove me home and picked me up because I cannot drive in the dark. She drove me home after she was done with work and it was quite late, after 9. I live about an hour away and she drove me home and then had to go back toward Branford, another hour. Then she picked me up the enxt day so I could drive my new (used) car home. I got the car at a really remarkably low price and I am very happy with it, the price, the dealer, and especially with Joanne. I cannot thank her enough for her help. More
