Best Service Department! I had an appointment for 12 noon. I get there early as I travel from Ocala and want to make sure I'm on time. Jodie Brady gave me excellent customer service. On short notice, I was going out of state and driving about 3,000 miles. Jodie was able to fit me in her already booked schedule for the week. Besides an oil notice, I was going out of state and driving about 3,000 miles. Jodie was able to fit me in her already booked schedule for the week. I am on my fifth Honda vehicle, this time it is a 2020 CR-V, love it. I was reminded, their reminders are great so I do not have to remember, that I needed the maintenance to replace the oil.
