Best customer service! The people at Love Honda treat their customers fantastic! I work in Ocala and it would be a lot more convenient for me to take my Fit to the dealersh The people at Love Honda treat their customers fantastic! I work in Ocala and it would be a lot more convenient for me to take my Fit to the dealership there. Instead I go out of my way to take my car to Love Honda in Homosassa whenever it needs work simply because they treat me with respect and don't try to get me to have more work done then is necessary. They are honest and go out of their way to give you the best service possible. I took a day off work and brought in my 10 year old Fit in to have the drivers door lock rebuilt, a A/C control cable replaced, and the seal around the hatch replaced as it was leaking. That day the one person that was able to do the work on the lock had to leave for an emergency and the leak in the back was from the tail light seal as well as the hatch seal and they didn't have the needed part. And when they tried to replace the A/C cable they discovered that when someone had gotten into my car a couple weeks before hand they had tried to steal the radio. While trying to steal it they had caused an unseen crack in the bezel and bent a second cable. So when the person at the dealership tried to remove the bezel it broke. Even though they didn't cause the original damage they offered to replace the bezel for free. Unfortunately they didn't have the part on hand though. That day I left the dealership with only having had one cable replaced and I would have to bring the car back once the parts arrived. Since I work full time up in Ocala they arranged for me to get a loaner car for the day that the repairs were to be made. A week later the parts came in and I dropped my car off right before 5 on Monday and left driving a nice CRV. By 3 on Tuesday Jodie at the dealership called my up to tell me that my car was ready. Again I got there just before five. Not only had they rebuilt the door lock, replaced the second A/C cable, replaced the hatch and tail light seals, and replaced the radio bezel, they also recharged my A/C and replaced a burnt out tail light that I hadn't even realized needed replacing. On top of that when they said they we're going to replace the radio bezel I thought that was only the plastic portion but it turns out that included the LCD screen that has been going bad for years! They also lowered the cost of the bill since I had to make to two trips to the dealership! I got all that work done for $341! These people are great! When I eventually do replace my Fit, which has over 200,000 mile on it, I will be going to Love Honda. Probably for another Fit since it is a fantastic little car. More

Did not do it right the first time. Had my 2009 Honda Fit towed to the dealer. They discovered rodent damage to the wiring below the air filter on top of the transmission. I was told they would solder and shrink wrap the damaged wiring. Got the car home and discovered the wiring repair was just crimped and there was still mouse debris in the damaged area. I notified them and they told me to bring it back. The repair was done properly the second time. As a customer I expect to have the job done right the first time. More
