Our sales representative was Jody Fleming who made us feel like we were sitting at a dinning room table with a friend discussing what we would like in a new car. Jody took his time and listened to us as a couple making sure we both were involved in the decision making process. He took his time explaining and showing the differences between each of the models . Once we made a decision on the model we would like, he showed us a model with the color and options we wanted on the lot. During the negations we never had the feeling of being pressured. Jody would say "he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision." This is why we recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Jody for making buying a car a great experience. Turned a bad situation into a GREAT EXPERIENCE Three months ago I made the mistake of leasing a 2018 Toyota C-HR. Thinking I had made a well informed purchase, shortly after living with the C-HR I Three months ago I made the mistake of leasing a 2018 Toyota C-HR. Thinking I had made a well informed purchase, shortly after living with the C-HR I grew to hate it. It was small and underpowered with very few amenities. I had signed for a 36 month lease and felt trapped. I called the dealership (LEITH TOYOTA in Raleigh, NC). to see if there were any options available to me. My original salesman told me “No, buddy there’s nothing we can do for you unless you want a $600-$700 a month payment. I was discouraged, thanked him and hung up the phone. Simply put, I was stuck with this new vehicle I hated. A few days went by and I remembered a couple of friends raving over the excellent service they had received from FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA in Raleigh, NC. I decided to call to see if by some small chance there was a solution to my buyers remorse. I spoke to Salesman, Jody Fleming who understood my situation and told me about the same scenario as what Leith Toyota had said. Jody took my contact information and told me he would explain my situation to the sales manager and general manager. A while later I received a call back from Jody with a no money down deal on a new 2018 Toyota Camry SE. Yea my payment went up about $75 per month but I’m out of the leased C-HR and into a purchase of my new Camry. THE GUYS AT FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA HAVE MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING A BAD SITUATION INTO A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! More

We knew it was late, but weren't really planning on staying very lo We came to Fred Anderson to test drive the new 2018 Camry after I got off of work. We knew it was late, but weren't really planning on staying very long. Once we test drove the Camry SE Hybrid, we were hooked and wanted to get in one right away. Mr. Fleming and the rest of the team at Fred Anderson were so helpful and dedicated to giving us a great experience, even though we were there well past closing time. We love the new car and would recommend Fred Anderson to anyone! More
