06/18/2023, and were not impressed . For a well known dealership, we wondered, “ Why is this dealership doing business the way that they do? They were attempting to do a locate of a new 2023 Toyota RAV4 AWD HYBRID and doing a poor job of it. They were only trying to figure how they could make a gross of $7,000 to $10,000 on myself & my wife, knowing that I had 28 years of experience as an F & I manager and sales manager. We gave Jody & Jimmy a $1,000 deposit to locate what we wanted. They made it sound like a tough job, and later that same day we found 4 of these Rav 4’s not far from Fred Anderson Toyota. Fred Anderson Toyota now owes me $1,000, which we need certainly more than they do, as I am on social security. It should have already been in our bank account, as they knew that they weren’t getting my business by Tuesday June 20, 2023. The only difference between Fred Anderson Toyota and the dealership that we bought from is, THEY REALLY WANTED OUR BUSINESS, and KNEW HOW TO MAKE A FAIR DEAL FOR EVERYONE!
