Jody made the buying expe Having bought here before, and having all service done here, I knew this was the place to return to for buying a new Camry. Jody made the buying experience easy and friendly...and he showed me several vehicles that met my needs and answered some critical questions for me. No rush or pressure either. Trade-in price on a 2006 Camry was fair, and the purchasing paperwork all went smoothly. Scott really had all the paperwork in perfect order for my purchase, explaining each of the documents as we went thru them. Then Jody made sure to link my cell phone to the hands-free system, and showed me how to lock in radio stations before I left. All over, a great experience. More

From Minivan to Rav4 When my husband & I walked up the front steps Jody met us with a smile and asked how he could help us. I already knew that I was interested in the Toy When my husband & I walked up the front steps Jody met us with a smile and asked how he could help us. I already knew that I was interested in the Toyota Rav4 and that I wanted All Wheel Drive, but I wasn't that familiar with the other features and differences between the different models. Jody was extremely thorough with explaining the features that each one did or did not have and showed us what was on the lot as well as let us know that he could get us what we wanted if it wasn't on the lot. He also helped us with making sure we were able to get the payments where we wanted them with the down payment we made. He made picking out my new Toyota Rav4 an exciting experience! I'm very pleased and pray that it lasts me a long time! Thanks Jody! And you as well Bill, he helped us tremendously in finace! More

He listened and offered suggestions to make sure I got the best fit for me. He never tried to sell me something I didn't need and as a first time car buyer that is very appreciated. He followed up throughout the process to make sure I had everything I needed and even called me a few days after purchasing my new car to see how I liked it. I couldn't ask for a more positive car buying experience. More

He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the Highlander we traded into. He convinced us it was the perfect vehicle for us as our kids are getting older.
