Let me start with the contact, I spoke with Al, very profession and sincerely keen to have me as a client, I felt that I was cared for at this first instance. In less than 30 minutes he managed to get a deal that I was looking for. On the same day they arranged for someone to pick me up and take me to the dealership to see the car and discuss the details. This person was Joe, great guy also keen to make sure everything is taken care of, mostly important he made the whole process to feel painless and quick. For documentation I spoke with Tom (pls don't be scared of the number of people I dealt with, trust me they are very well coordinated and things do progress quickly!), true gentlemen and gave me the details to finalize the deal. Managed to lease the car in less than 3 hours. Took the car home and noticed that there was something wrong with it... a brand new car... well it can happen and here comes the truth on how this dealership helps and support their clients. Joe introduce me to Roland on the servicing dept, he was very diligent and keen to help to find a way to sort out the issue with the car, unfortunately it was more complicated than we imagined. Roland wasted not time in making sure that I could have another car until they did further investigation. I was getting concerned but they were doing their best to support. Even the Sales Manager - Rick got involved to assist with the resolution. They all work as a team to get the issue sorted, therefore here is my thanks to Joe, Al, Tom, Roland and Rick. More
