I went to Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for a uconnect update. I told George my advisor that i have also been hearing some clunking noise when i go over bumps from time to time. He had my Durango rt inspe update. I told George my advisor that i have also been hearing some clunking noise when i go over bumps from time to time. He had my Durango rt inspected and found the motor mounts damaged, something that i did not expected. A two day job he said. George got me a vehicle to drive back home. Two days later my Durango was as good as new. I been there multiple times and it is always the same. Top noch care and service by everybody involve. They always treat me like family by making sure that am always satisfied. Once again thank you George and crew for your care and quick turn around. You guys rock!
