However, one of my coworkers who had previously worked with Joe and is still good friends with him referred me. I already knew what I wanted however Nielsen did not have the specific car I wanted. I did not want to compromise and he worked with me to get me what I wanted which required swapping a car from another dealership. He made this experience so convenient for me since the dealership is 45-1hr from me and communicated through phone/fax with additional information he needed while I worked. He got me a good price and I am extremely happy. The dealer they swapped the car with didn't send the second top and second key, but he was on top of them bothering them so that I would be happy. He delivered the top, the key and my plates to me as well. He goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to everyone! More
