I was in the market for a new car and I was recommended to Neilsen from a very good friend of mine. He told me to go and ask for Joe Alfano. When I got there, Joe was one of the friendliest and funniest people I have ever dealt with. Joe and Jim understood my situation and sat down with me to see how they could help me. We came to some figures and what I was looking for in a vehicle along with monthly lease payments I could afford. Joe and Jim did not fail me. They were able to put me in a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude. They made the process easy and fun. Joe and the finance person, Terry, even stayed after close to make sure I could drive off the lot with the car that night. I truly appreciate everything that Nielsen has done to help me through one of the toughest times in my life. I could not ask for a more friendlier, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. This was my first time visiting Nielsen and I felt when I walked in that I was family. I HIGHLY recommend Nielsen.
