While searching cars.com my husband found the limited edition of the vehicle we had been looking for with 11K miles. Basically brand new. After seeing other limited edition prices, we knew there was no edition of the vehicle we had been looking for with 11K miles. Basically brand new. After seeing other limited edition prices, we knew there was no way we could afford this one, but when we saw the price listed by Dave Arbogast, we were blown away. We called and talked to Joe about the vehicle that night. It was late and we are an hour behind them. We had a question about the vehicle and even though they were closed, Joe ran outside and physically looked at the vehicle for us. After two more late night conversations with Joe, probably 8:30 their time, well after closing, we decided to drive up and look at it. We are 4 1/2 hours away but Joe had assured us the vehicle was in perfect condition. It was too good to be true but we trusted him. When we arrived we were not dissapointed. The vehicle was perfect. Everything we were looking for and more. Not a scratch on it. No odors as Joe had promised. He went with us on the test drive because we were not local and didn't know where we were going. He took us on bumpy roads, slow curvy country roads, and the interstate just to make sure we got to feel the vehicle in different conditions. When we got back from the test drive they had valued our trade-in and had given us more money for it - even though they didn't have to. We drove 4 1/2 hours to see it, of course we were going to buy it. But they gave us more for our trade anyway which made us feel better about trading it in and not bringing it home and trying to make more by selling it ourselves. The paperwork was painless and they answered all of our questions about purchasing out of state, like taxes and transferring the title. We had a wonderful drive back home and are very happy with the vehicle. If they have what we are looking for next time, we'll probably do it again. More

We really liked the attitude of our sales rep. He led us to the vehicles we requested to look at. There was no pressure to sell us vehicles other than the types of vehicles we were interested in. Joe was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and their options. We were very impressed by Arbogast presentation of their vehicles. Other dealerships we visited did a poor job of preparing and cleaning their used vehicles. Poorly presented vehicles had a negative effect on us. We were given the opportunity to drive different vehicles and evaluate them to determine which vehicle we wanted to purchase. Joe did not attempt to steer us to purchase a particular vehicle. However, he did share his knowledge of the options and different qualities of the vehicles we were interested in. His advice was very much appreciated. We were able to make a decision on the specific vehicle we wanted and are very satisfied with our purchase. One of the vehicles we wanted exhibited quite a bit of vibration. Joe immediately had the tire pressure checked and corrected so we could re-evaluate it. It still had too much vibration. He assured us that he would not permit us to purchase a vehicle that was not operating up to GM and Arbogast standards. He had the vehicle moved to the shop and rebalanced the tires which eliminated the vibration. We purchased that vehicle. My wife was impressed with Joe staying late to help us purchase the vehicle we wanted. He had the vehicle rewashed, vacuumed, and added gas. Ready to go. Anything we asked of Joe, he more then obliged us to fulfill our requests. It was a pleasant experience and we are very satisfied. Thanks Arbogast and, especially, Joe Bauman. The Mangens More

This is the 2nd car I have bought fron Joe in the past 2 years. I would not want to deal with anyone else. He treated us like Family and made sure we were well taken care of. The thing I like about Joe is how friendly he is. Both times we bought a car from him, he never once tried to push the sale on us like some salesmen I have dealt with at other dealerships. Joe simply showed us the vehicle, let us drive it and negotiated a price with us. He let us take our time to think about the purchase and held the car for us for a few days untill we decided. I really have not met a more friendly, efficient salesperson. I feel like I can trust Joe to tell me the truth and not lead me in the wrong direction and not lie to me to make a sale like some salesmen can do. I would always consider comming back to Dave Arbogast to work with Joe Bauman. He makes everything so easy and smooth. I can tell he is very good at what he does. More

We have purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership.
