Knowledge of an aging model I have an 05 Focus, manual transmission and this center advised me when the clutch was showing wear but did not pressure me to repair it right away as I have an 05 Focus, manual transmission and this center advised me when the clutch was showing wear but did not pressure me to repair it right away as it was not at a critical state. I was able to get an additional 7 months on the original clutch before making the decision to replace it last week when another part (not from this service center) failed. I always feel respected and taken care of by the folks at Columbia Ford Service Dept. Specific to this visit: Joe stayed in touch with updates on the repairs. Thank you! More

Ford Explorer service I have no complaints about the quality of the service i received on my vehicle. However, I am very disappointed with the number of issues I have had I have no complaints about the quality of the service i received on my vehicle. However, I am very disappointed with the number of issues I have had with my vehicle since I purchased it. I have had problems with the window motors on both the front driver and passenger doors. The problem was originally fixed but now problem is back again. at 62,000 miles i had a bad front axle boot and now at 65,000 I have a problem with the shift controls that require a complete replacement. The care has all highway miles on it and has to many problems for the age of the vehicle. More

Lack of customer service/unorganized Called to make an appointment and spoke with Joe. During the call I asked if there would be a loaner available. Was told all the loaners were out with Called to make an appointment and spoke with Joe. During the call I asked if there would be a loaner available. Was told all the loaners were out with other customers but would look into having one available when I dropped my truck off. On the day I dropped the vehicle off I met with Bobby and asked again about a loaner vehicle. He asked if it was discussed when I called to make the appointment. In my eyes it shouldn't matter if it's already been discussed or not. When dropping a vehicle off for warranty work a car should be given to me. I was finally given a vehicle and was told they would look at the truck and call me the following day. Got a call from Bobby the next day saying what was wrong and that everything was covered except for one item that would cost 50 dollars and my front brakes should be replaced i said to change them and was told it would be ready the following afternoon. Next morning for a call from Joe saying the same thing Bobby had said but that they were going to replace the a.c. compressor and it wouldn't be done until after the weekend. Ok no big deal. Monday came and I called around 330 to check on the status and it was like they never heard of me or my vehicle. Was on hold for 10 minutes while they looked for the paperwork for my truck. Joes explanation was Bobby was out and he was who I originally dealt with. Which was true but Joe was the one who called me Friday explaining what was going on. He came on the phone and said yup your truck was finished this morning. Well, why wasn't I contacted to tell me this? Why did I have to call and ask if it was done? I go to pick up the truck and have to go to sales bc service was closed. Pay for everything go out to my truck and the tonneau cover is wide open and it had been pouring rain all day. Truck bed with tools and clothes was soaked. I'm still wondering why it was opened at the dealership in the first place also bc I had locked the tailgate and tonneau cover when I dropped the truck off. Everything was fixed properly and runs fine just very discouraged with management and how my truck was left in the parking lot. More
