We had a wonderful experience! We called to ensure they'd have something for us to look at and Phil answered the phone. I am so glad we ended up at D'Arcy working with Phil - I had called a couple other dealers prior and was really rubbed the wrong way with their response. Once we were set on the car, Phil worked to get our price to where we wanted, squared away all of the necessary details for us and in the end, paperwork and purchasing went the smoothest I've ever experience. We worked with Joe to sign our paperwork and we would never have known he was newer to his position if they'd not told us. Wonderful experience all around! More

I would definitely recommend him and D'Arcy again to everyone. After the purchase he called to make sure everything was ok and answer any further questions we might have. A week later the service dept. called to schedule our first 90 day oil change free of charge. Couldn't be happier with D'Arcy! More
