This is my 3rd Honda car I have bought from Bill Kay Honda. My only complaint this time is that after we got home we popped the hood and noticed that the windshield washer fluid was totally empty. I tho Honda. My only complaint this time is that after we got home we popped the hood and noticed that the windshield washer fluid was totally empty. I thought that these brand new cars were inspected and fluids totally full before they are either out on the lot or when they leave the dealership. It makes me wonder if all my other fluids are correct. This Honda was brand new with only 10 miles on it. Had we had not checked this I could have needed this and possibly burnt this windshield fluid motor out trying to use it. They should have checked all fluids prior to this vehicle leaving the dealership More
