I Came in with my 2025 Ram 3500 dually Laramie for a simple tire rotation. The service team badly messed this up and caused damage to my rims. The manager told me to take my truck to a business called t simple tire rotation. The service team badly messed this up and caused damage to my rims. The manager told me to take my truck to a business called the wheel man and they would fix my rims. I took my truck to the wheel man and they asked what I wanted. I told them I want my rims to look OEM I really enjoyed they way they looked. What I got back looked like trash. I reported back to Dishman what had happened. This was about 10 days ago now. I still have no answers and feel alone. I feel disappointed and upset all I wanted was a tire rotation, nothing more. Now I feel like I'm be put off and ignored. More

Had a key fob replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Went to the parts department and bought a new key fob and then went to the service department without an appointment and they programmed the new key Went to the parts department and bought a new key fob and then went to the service department without an appointment and they programmed the new key fob in under 30 minutes.
