I have been taking my Chrysler here for far too long and I am DONE!! This is a STEALERSHIP, plain and simple. They are not thorough, they are not professional, their cashiers act like you're putting them ou I am DONE!! This is a STEALERSHIP, plain and simple. They are not thorough, they are not professional, their cashiers act like you're putting them out if you ask for clarification on your bill, as if you're supposed to just pay their extreme over charges with no questions. The final straw came when I had my car in for a front end clunking and tried to sell me on replacing both sides, inner and outer tie rods and an axel. I found out from a honest mechanic that it only needed one side replaced and an axel. The one side was so bad that the honest mechanic said he could not have let me drive it away, as it was dangerously close to coming apart. In addition to that, they tried to charge me almost $900 to change a backup camera that cost $85 and took me 15 minutes to change. They are scammers and don't deserve your business! More

For a thousand dollar bill I would expect someone to tell me what was actually done and if there was anything I needed to do in the future. I had to call in at the end of the day to see if the work was done. me what was actually done and if there was anything I needed to do in the future. I had to call in at the end of the day to see if the work was done. Once I got there the lady at the desk just had a joke about how my bill had lots of 1s and 0s in it. I had to read through the paperwork myself just to know what was supposedly done. I bring my truck here because it’s convenient to where I live and know I’m going to pay for convenience but there is zero communication. My GMC dealership for my Yukon tells me everything that happens and gives me reminders of when service is due. More
