I did not intend to purchase a car that day, but the experience was great and the incentives were awesome. Don in Finance helped with some logistics and got me an excellent finance rate. I purchased my 2007 Impala from Ron Westphal Chevy and had nearly all of my service done there. Rick (in the service department) is always great to me. I'll continue to bring my new car in for service and will likely purchase my next new car at RW as well. I'd recommend the dealership to friends and family! More

Bernard was very attentive and helpful. He asked a lot of great questions to make sure I was happy, and found the right vehicle for me. He was also very personable which made for great conversation. Everyone was down to earth and came across as relaxed and genuine, I did not feel pressured, like I have at other dealerships. Dan was very clear, and to the point. This was my first new vehicle purchase, my credit was less than perfect, and Dan was able to get me the car I wanted at a price I could work with. Dan was a 'no bull' type of salesman, and I can't thank him enough for making me feel comfortable. Joe helped me to understand exactly what I was getting, and showed me where to sign. He made the "paperwork part" painless and quick. Plus he gave me warranty options that were well worth it. More

I located a used vehicle on the internet and on their website. I called them to get more information about it and by the time I went to the dealership, it was washed and up by the office so I didn't have website.
