He is always respectful, positive and customer focused. If something isn't right (which is rarely the case), he makes certain it gets corrected - and promptly. I have had service experience with Pete for nearly 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Problems may happen, but Pete and the service team at Chevrolet of Naperville will get things fixed. Kudos to mechanic Jason, as well, who often did the work needed on my Chevy Impala. More

Purchase of a new vehicle. I found the Chevy Impala online after looking for approximately six months. I was definitely not looking forward to dealing with multiple individuals and wasting hours of my time. I was extremely relieved when introduced to my salesperson, Emily Smith. She took a lot of time to get to know me as well as sell me a car. It turned out that we both had worked for the same company some years ago. Emily literally spent hours demonstrating the vehicle and walking me through the technology, which was no small feat. She assured me that I could call or text her at anytime after my purchase with any concerns. Hope Chevrolet of Naperville realizes what a great asset they have in Emily. Would definitely refer people to her should the occasion arise. More

After having the vehicle in for service for almost two days, when it was picked it up, the work that was to be done was not completed. The service manager, service clerk, and a management team member finished the work after I questioned why it was not done. The other work that was to be done was a part installed and that was not done either. A management team member delivered the part to our home. He went above and beyond. More
