I walked into the dealership on Saturday not having any expectations because I had just purchased a 2024 Subaru about a month ago. I had test driven a RAV4 at Toyota dealership in Milford but never heard back from that salesman. I was not happy with the Subaru Crosstrek that I had purchased. Joe Carroll greeted me and he is great. He is very knowledgeable, mild-mannered and helpful. I also really enjoyed talking to the finance person. I'm sorry I can't pronounce his name. He was great. I appreciated being spoon-fed the details of everything about the financing and you can tell he's been doing it for quite a few years. More

He went on at least 4 different test drives with my daughter and was happy and pleasant throughout. I test drove and LOVED a Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter. Joe was very knowledgeable and showed me all the ins-and-outs of the truck. He worked with me to come up with a price I could afford (and they could swallow) and really worked hard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. I traded in my old truck and went home happy. When I discovered I left my work ID card in my old trade-in truck, Joe went "the extra mile" to help me get it back, literally going to get it for me. I can't tell you how happy I am that he helped me out, even close to closing time! Definitely "Toyota Quality." Thrilled with my new Tacoma Trailhunter! More
