A Complete Scam Used Car Dealer Spent significant time working in a deal to purchase a car and had an Agreement to purchase the car and was waiting for paperwork to be sent to me and Spent significant time working in a deal to purchase a car and had an Agreement to purchase the car and was waiting for paperwork to be sent to me and was told the next day that the car was sold the night before even though I had in writing a deal! Who does business that way? I guess they do! More

Wow! What a difference I had an unpleasant first experience but Joe Casa reached out to me and convinced me to try again. I ended up buying a 996 Turbo. The deal was consumm I had an unpleasant first experience but Joe Casa reached out to me and convinced me to try again. I ended up buying a 996 Turbo. The deal was consummated quickly and smoothly. A couple of weeks after the purchase I noticed the clutch was slipping. I reached out to Joe and he assured me that they would stand behind the purchase. They sent an enclosed trailer to Cleveland, picked up the car and put a new clutch in it. Not only did they replace the clutch, they also replaced the accumulator, slave cylinder, and flywheel. They did all of this at their expense. Then they trailered the car back to Cleveland for me. I do not know how any dealer could do more for a customer than Toy Barn did for me. Joe Casa and Will Gregory are first class guys. I will buy future cars from Toy Barn and they will be doing any service work I need on my new toy. Thanks so much. I really appreciate it! More
