Great customer service for the most part, after telling them I was interested and having put a deposit down I wanted to get it inspected by a 3rd party to make sure it was in great condition. They tried to tell me it might not be possible to hold onto the car for another 3 days after we had already made arrangements and it might be sold to someone else anyway which felt like a scummy sales tactic, but in the end they kept the car for me, I got it inspected and was on the road and off the lot the next day. Everything that was done face to face was great! More

Be very careful when dealing with Joe Cavallario, he is the consummate sleazy car salesmen. The experience was terrible. At the end of my sale, instead of thanking me for the purchase, he came over very excited and said "We have something very special for you" then I asked him what it was and he said "The boss just told me after I deliver your car, we can go home early" - I was floored! Had I not just signed the bank note, I would have cancelled on the spot. After doing some research I found out the car had $3000.00 in consumer rebates which they did not give to me or even tell me about, but I am sure they kept them for themselves. Now I am going to sue them for the entire cost of the car because they fraudulently induced me to buy the car. Advice from someone that just went through the experience with Cortese and Joe Cavallario Go buy anywhere else... (more to come all over the Internet). More
