No BS, friendly staff I drove from Connecticut to get my new truck from Flood Ford. They have a no haggle one price policy based on invoice pricing in addition to the best I drove from Connecticut to get my new truck from Flood Ford. They have a no haggle one price policy based on invoice pricing in addition to the best inventory around. I got Joe as a salesperson and he and the sales team went out of their way to get me all additional rebates and incentives as well as ensure my overall delivery experience could be rated as 100% positive. I'm glad I got my new Ford from Flood Ford. More

Absolutely Amazing Service!!!!! I recently started my new job as GM of a local wholesaler. The company asked to select a company vehicle for work. They recommended Flood Auto. They couldn’t have been more accurate with their recommendation. I experienced amazing. From the time I called to talk about a truck to the time they DELIVERED it to my office was under 3 hours. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They catered to me like a passenger on a first class flight. Now I am working with them to purchase my wife a new vehicle. So far it’s the same experience. I see customers in the dealership smiling. More

Not your normal sales person I met Joe through mutual friends when looking to purchase a new car. Joe was the complete opposite of what I have come to expect from a car sales pers I met Joe through mutual friends when looking to purchase a new car. Joe was the complete opposite of what I have come to expect from a car sales person. He was helpful and not at all pushy. He wanted to get me into the right car for the right price. Joe is more about building a lasting relationship than pushing someone into a quick sale. I ended up leasing a car that day. Because of that built relationship when it was time for me to trade in my lease I went back to Joe and by extension Flood Ford. When the time comes again I will not hesitate to go see Joe for a third time and a fourth and so on. I have also recommended numerous people to Joe and they have come away happy as well. More
