I had visited another Westchester dealrship and was very turned off. By accident on the way home from visiting a store I passed your dealership and realized that's where I bought my 1st Camry almost 30 yrs ago. The next day, I spoke to Alicia over the phone and did most of my negotiation with her. She made me feel relaxed and sure that I made the right decision to buy my new car at Toyota City. Brandon Gross picked up the ball after being told Alicia was out for a few days.. I did not meet either of them until this past Monday when I purchased my car. After finalizing my purchased I was introduced to a man perfect for his job...Joe Croce. He was there to explain everything about my car inside and out. I told him I may not remember everything we discussed and asked him if I could come back again my wife who was returning from Italy and give us both another review course. With the biggest and friendliest smile he said just call and we'll set it up. He was amazing, friendly , understanding and felt his true concern for me . My nervousness was gone and meeting him closed a great experience for me that day!! More

Brandon had a "no pressure" sales approach and answered all my questions thoroughly. Joe was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features in detail. He was also great in following up on a couple of open items and made 100% sure I was satisfied. Allen explained all the finances and warranties and simplified the process making it an efficient transaction. Excellent experience overall! One of my best experiences at a car dealership. More
