This time we found him in a managerial capacity where, after we made our purchase, Joe patiently, carefully and attentively helped my husband and myself with the delivery process when we picked up our new XLE Camry on May 31. And today, in following through on the phone to see how we were doing, he re-explained to me a couple of features that I was learning.
