Had excellent experience with New Car Lease I have owned 5 Prius' and a Rav4 Hybrid Limited since 2003. The Prius' were purchased through other Toyota dealers and my experience with DCH when I l I have owned 5 Prius' and a Rav4 Hybrid Limited since 2003. The Prius' were purchased through other Toyota dealers and my experience with DCH when I leased a new 2016 Rav4 Hybrid 3 years ago was better than the other Toyota dealers, so I came back to lease my new 2019 Rav4 Hybrid Limited. The price Alisha Cancel, the internet liaison, was able to work out through Manager Franklin was lower than that quoted to me through my Costco Car Purchase connection. Manager Franklin was great to work with along with my salesman Brandan Gross. Joe Croce went over all of the new Advanced functions in a regular, systematic way. He was available by phone after I left to answer a question that I thought of later. Allen Stern in Finance was a no-nonsense professional. He didn't try to sell me extras I didn't need and explained Gap Insurance and Tire Coverage well enough that I added those. I had worked with him as the Finance Person 6 years before at another Toyota Dealer and was glad to have him in that position here at DCH. It's been two weeks since my lease and I am happy with DCH and the people I worked with. More

Paperwork takes a few hours, especially if there are people in front of you, but most of the yucky things (registration, insurance, etc.) are fully taken care of for you. Overall, it's really easy to buy a car here, and there are good deals to be had. Their service center is also great, so take full advantage of it! More
