We were on our second prius and the new prius was too long for our garage, Jo suggested The Rave 4 and he drove with us to see if it would fit. He was very easy to work with and we would use him and DCH Toyota again if we needed to buy another new car. I wanted a new car for all of the safety features and one that was good in the snow. The Rave 4 seemed to fit all of our needs. We felt that Jo understood our needs and worked with us to find the right fit in a car as well as explaining how the car worked with all of the features. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty both times, listening carefully and taking the time required to make sure we got exactly the car we wanted and that our experience with the dealership was pleasant. He was super attentive and helpful throughout the process and follows up afterward to make sure every question and concern is addressed. In a business full of slick wheeler dealers and double-talk, Joe is a friendly and dependable person to deal with, and we know from experience that he'll do what it takes to make sure you go home with the car - and car deal - you're looking for.
