I came here to recommend Joe Croce and DCH Toyota City because I genuinely had the best experience I have ever had with them then any salesman or dealer I have in the past. (just read all the responses he had from other customers like me) He made me feel special from the moment I walked into the showroom. He has a unique quality of listening to my needs and wants and recommended "the car of my dreams". I asked him some point blank questions about various cars and he gave me his honest and frank answers on what he felt backing it up with why certain cars were not right for me. I am not new to Toyota, this is my 3rd new car purchase from Toyota but this was the only experience I had with Toyota where I walked away from the Dealership with a NEW car feeling absolutely great about my decision and price they offered me for the car. Joe treated me like a friend not just another customer from start to finish, and I thought my experience was unique but it was reassuring to find after reading all the other reviews about Joe he is this way with all his customers!!! As my car was approaching 130K miles, I thought it best to get a newer model. Luckily I met Joe Croce who tirelessly worked with me to get me the best deal possible--in both the trade-in and pricing. He convinced me to up-grade from a Corolla (my last two cars) to a Camery. He managed to find me a 2012 with a bit or mileage on it. Everyone thinks I bought a brand new car! Joe was extremely patient and well-informed as he went thru all the new "bells and whistles" the car held. He aided me in getting the paper-work thru in a timely fashion and I was able to drive away in my new "used" car the next day. Joe was thoughtful and considerate in his dealings with me and answered all my questions and more! He even followed up with a couple calls after my purchase to make sure that I was happy with the new car. i wanted to give my business to them as had used them in the past and convenient location to me but responsiveness was awful. no follow up as promised and no attention to the customer. And I wanted to do a deal - turns out i did it with a diff dealer further away but got a deal done within 2 hours of walking in the door of a diff dealership. More
