This is our family's third new car in the last eight years and we could say that this dealer was the best of all. We know that almost all dealers befriend you and pretend to be your friend and care about your family and loved ones, and we are right to be cynical, which usually is confirmed right after they give you the price of the cars, and try to sell you every accessory under the sun. We are glad to say that our experience at DCH Toyota restored our faith and we could say that there are still great dealers out there. At DCH Toyota, we felt at ease the minute we walked into the show room. Our salesperson was Joe Croce. Our three kids accompanied us and they could not believe how gracious, attentive and friendly he was. You would be hard pressed to find someone in a Dealer like Croce, unless of course, you visit DCH Toyota. We felt so comfortable dealing with him that it took only a few minutes before we began calling him Joe. Joe was extremely patient, he answered all of our questions and not once did we feel pressured by him to make a decision that we were not comfortable with. He did not disappoint us throughout the entire process. We bought a Highlander Limited 2013, which, you know, has tons of new features, beginning with Entune, keyless, synchronization with iPhone and more. Well, Mr. Joe took a great deal of time showing us every feature; he even synchronized the iPhone for us, and made sure that our new baby was spotless from top to bottom. He did all of this after he sealed the deal, so there was no reason for him to do all of that. At the end, before we left, our kids wanted to make sure that they said goodbye to him. That is a home run right there. More importantly, though, the price was great- hard to say that; well, we all say it to feel better after spending so much money. But in this case, believe me, it was true. But the best way to find out is by going out there (we traveled all the way from Long Island, where you can find a dealer on every block) and ask for Joe. You will not regret it. More

Joe Croce is warm, concerned and listens to what you say and ask. I expressed my needs and concerns and limitations to him. He then asked me pertinent questions and presented a car plan and package which wa and ask. I expressed my needs and concerns and limitations to him. He then asked me pertinent questions and presented a car plan and package which was perfect for my needs. He is the epitome of an ideal salesman. He spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating the many features of my selected car. And he repeatedly asked if I had any additional questions or concerns. He is a great asset to Toyota. Luis Gonzalez is a true gentleman. He spent time explaining the various procedures and forms that I was signing. He did not rush or overwhelm me. I felt very comfortable with him. And he took additional time to get me a refund on the service contract which I had on my trade-in Toyota Sienna. I was truly impressed by him. Toyota can be proud of both Joe Croce and Luis Gonzalez. More

Dealing with Joe was an absolute pleasure. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - and most importantly, approached the whole thing from the point of view that the most important thing is for th friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - and most importantly, approached the whole thing from the point of view that the most important thing is for the customer to walk away with the right car (rather than to get a quick sale). Although we had to travel 45 mns to purchase a 2012 Camry for our son, the visit was well worth it. The price was unbeatable. Our salesman Joe Croce was wonderful and helpful. I've dealt with car dealers in the past - all 3 times horrible - and I can honestly say my experience at DCH Toyota was nothing like that. I walked away feeling happy. My family and I had the pleasur horrible - and I can honestly say my experience at DCH Toyota was nothing like that. I walked away feeling happy. My family and I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Croce in sales. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he didn't put any sales pressure on me to purchase. The professional service/attention he provided was exceptional. He took the time to answer any questions/concerns we had about the car, etc. And when it came down to the price, everything was straight forward and honest. I would also like to thank Luis Gonzalez, who helped us with the financing paperwork. He explained everything and made, probably the hardest process of purchasing a car, pleasant. I was so happy he was able to accomodate the warranty plan to suit my needs. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. More

The dealership was very friendly and personable from the very first moment I walked in. Tom Muradian and Joe Croce were excellent to deal with. It was night and day comparing this dealership to another dealership where I would never step foot in again. There was no sales push at all at DCH,just information provided in the best atmosphere. I originally dealt with Eileen via interent and phone and she was extremely prompt in contacting me, courteous and helpful. Once I got to the dealership, Joe took over and he was wonderful as well, very frie she was extremely prompt in contacting me, courteous and helpful. Once I got to the dealership, Joe took over and he was wonderful as well, very friendly and knowledgeable. Adam walked me through all the paperwork neccessary to conclude the sale and he,too, was very well informed and personable. All in all, a wonderful experience and definately "worth the trip" And I have the car I wanted for the price I wanted. More

Overall: a solid buying experience. Expertise and helpfulness were especially strong. I hate negotiating price when buying a new car. A follow-up call or two I understand. So I was expecting to have a "typical" car-buying experience when I walked into DCH Toyota City a few weeks ago and met Michael LaTerra. Boy, did Michael prove me wrong! He was pleasant, responsive and eager to make the process work to our mutual satisfaction, whether we met face-to-face, exchanged e-mails or conversed by phone. Plus he was highly knowledgeable and honest in approaching the relationship. In the end, I bought a great car (Camry hybrid) at a fair price, and was very pleased. I also want to commend Joe Croce, who stood in for Michael when I finally picked up the car. Joe was equally knowledgeable, extremely courteous and made every effort to make sure I understood how the car worked from top to bottom, including the Entune system and all the other features. As a result of Michael and Joe's efforts, DCH Toyota City gets an A+ from me. More
