Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family Since: 2013 Joe is the best of the best when it comes to financing! His favorite thing is helping people to re-establish credit while getting them into a nice car at the same time. One client said it changed her life giving her a second chance and an opportunity to rebound from one bad car loan. In his spare time, you can catch Joe getting in a good work out, watching movies, listening to music, playing sports or relaxing on a nice sunny day at the beach. He also loves seeing the world! Just handled a Lease Buy-Out on my 2019 MKZ. Really wanted to Lease a new Lincoln, but was disappointed to find out Lincoln is no longer making Sedans. The transaction went smoothly and profes Really wanted to Lease a new Lincoln, but was disappointed to find out Lincoln is no longer making Sedans. The transaction went smoothly and professionally. I did not finance through the Dealer because their rates were much too high. Everyone that I interacted with did a good job. I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to return my Leased plates to DMV, but that is what I was told even though they were not registered to me since it was a Leased car. I also felt that since I was buying the car, they should have had it completely serviced free of charge the same way as if I would have purchased a used car from the lot. In spite of this, everyone was courteous and professional, just felt it lacked some personal service since buying out the car was not inexpensive with all the fees added. I would have preferred to Lease a new car is they had one. Not everyone wants or desires an SUV. William Cordero did a great job in working with me on the Lease Buy-Out and Sebastian Varela was exceptionally courteous and kind in assisting me when I visited the dealership in Wayne, NJ. Ron Lupo went out of his way to finalize the transaction for me. More

The dealership was very professional and helpful from the receptions to the finance person. They did not try to rush me out even though they were closing for the day. Three years ago, a certain salesperson receptions to the finance person. They did not try to rush me out even though they were closing for the day. Three years ago, a certain salesperson rushed me out so glad they have better salespersons at this location. They need to improve in managing the appointments since they had me waiting 1/2 hour before taking care of me. It's not fair that I am there on time but then I have to wait. I still have to go back for my plates so hopefully, they will continue the good customer service..Regardless, overall satisfied More
