Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family Since: 2013 Joe is the best of the best when it comes to financing! His favorite thing is helping people to re-establish credit while getting them into a nice car at the same time. One client said it changed her life giving her a second chance and an opportunity to rebound from one bad car loan. In his spare time, you can catch Joe getting in a good work out, watching movies, listening to music, playing sports or relaxing on a nice sunny day at the beach. He also loves seeing the world! Covid has severely hampered the service department; so it's not really their fault. It takes a very long time to get an appointment; and when you do, it still takes a week for them to get to your car. it's not really their fault. It takes a very long time to get an appointment; and when you do, it still takes a week for them to get to your car. I've been having a minor but annoying problem since June. Had serviced a few times. Still not fixed as of October. I think I pinpointed the problem but they can't order the part until they run tests. They have had the car two weeks this time. But, as a loaner they gave me a brand new car. Hard to beat that. And they are very polite and I know they ARE trying. I'm sure I will give them 5***** when finally fixed. Also, when I did have an emergency they saw me and fixed the flat immediately. Today's grade should really be an INCOMPLETE. More

First experience at Lincoln of Wayne and it was great. Went in to purchase my leased car which i had purchased from another Lincoln dealership that is now closed and they took great care of me. I have received excellent, knowledgeable service and advice from various departments through three vehicles - one purchase and two leaseses. I would like make a make special acknowledgement and give tip of the hat to their proficient Service Department. - There is true synergy in this dealership where customers are made to feal like part of their larger family. Mr. Wilton Estrella emodies Lincoln's passion and commitmen and has been my automotive sales agent thought my past two vehicles. Aside from being extremely personable, he always sets the time in his busy schedule to listen to the details which have mattered as a customer to me. I go to Lincoln of Wayne for all my Lincoln car needs , I have been leasing rom them for over 10 years now. Their service is excellent and I really enjoy the service I get from the staff. Matt is great and I really enjoy talking to him an picking his brain on various issues I have with the electronics in My MKZ. Maria the receptionist when you arrive is fabulous an really goes out of her way to solve any problems or questions I have when I come to the dealership for service. His knowledge and and understanding of vehicles and customer needs is unparalleled. He has always been available to answer any questions and to make our overall experience excellent and seamless. If there is anything that needs an explanation or if you need any support whatsoever through the buying or leasing process Wilton makes it happen effortlessly. In fact, our experience with the entire dealership (from sales to finance to service) has been terrific. We've recommended Lincoln of Wayne to several of our friends and they also share our positive feelings about Lincoln of Wayne and Wilton in particular. And if you need any finance support no one is better than Joe in the finance department. He is knowledgeable, fair, friendly, and very helpful.
