Everything would’ve been 10s, however, the lady who sits in the garage for the Express Lane is always pissy. Her attitude ALWAYS sucks and she acts like she is irritated when customers come in. I had never had a pleasant experience with her and I’ve been a Southern customer since my 2005 Dodge Magnum, in 2005. I don’t know her name but she was working on the morning of 01/17/26;Saturday. She didn’t acknowledge me at all even though I pulled my car in, got out, and waited in front of her at the desk. She looked me in the eye, said nothing, got up and started organizing papers from what it looked like. I said “good morning” and she gave me a very condescending look as if I was bothering her. My wife has also had more than unfavorable experiences with the same person but I’ll let her tell you all in the next review. There is always something negative coming out of this service center but nothing ever gets fixed. The older Caucasian woman at the checkout window can also use some retraining/attitude adjustment. Next time we’ll just make it a point to match her energy and see how it goes from there. Lastly, the lady in question made us search the parking lot for our vehicle upon completion. They had it parked clearly on the other side and just gave us the keys as if we were supposed to know where they put the vehicle. Just overall lazy service that we aren’t used to but it’s hit or miss with Southern. More

Have used this service center for 15 years. Goes downhill every year. Customer service is awful. It feels like just a money grab to accept expensive repairs over a text message. Horrible. Been waiting 9 days for my part to arrive and get a call for installation appointment. More

I tried to provide feedback to the service manager and general manager via email but I recieved no response. The quoted price for my work was under $400 and I ended up paying close to $600. They won’t respond to answer why I wasn’t provided a proper quote and I wasnt contacted to authorize work above 10% over quote as required by law. Find somewhere else to take your vehicles.. More
