This service center has gone downhill. There is little to know customer service. Waited two weeks for part to come in. Never notified and had to call twice to verify and set up appointm There is little to know customer service. Waited two weeks for part to come in. There was no one guiding traffic as there were six vehicles waiting to enter bay and all reps sitting inside. No management to be found. I tried to provide feedback to the service manager and general manager via email but I recieved no response. The quoted price for my work was under $400 and I ended up paying close to $600.
