Friendly & Professional! I called ahead to confirm the vehicle I was interested in was there because we were 1 1/2 hrs away. When we got there they had filled the gas tank, c I called ahead to confirm the vehicle I was interested in was there because we were 1 1/2 hrs away. When we got there they had filled the gas tank, checked it over and had it ready for a test drive. We came to an agreement in price in less than 10 minutes and got a wonderful deal on a car I'd been searching for for weeks! The individual who assisted me with the transaction was Matt Lutter. I had dealt with Matt on my previous car and was pleased to have the opportunity to work with him again. Matt was completely prepared and had all of the paperwork and approvals ready when I went to pick up the new Explorer. From dealing with the lender ( Citadel ) to working out the transference of the Sirius radio service Matt had everything completed for me. As impressive as his level of preparation for a returning customer was it was exceeded by his knowledge of the product. Matt was able to clearly explain to me all of the changes and new technology found in the 2016 Explorer. He was extremely well versed regarding the vehicle.
