I bought my 2015 Chevy Silverado in for a recall. This is the 2nd time I had to bring the truck to the service center. The first time they were unable to correct the issue because they "either ordere This is the 2nd time I had to bring the truck to the service center. The first time they were unable to correct the issue because they "either ordered the wrong part or were sent the wrong part." This time when I picked the truck up I had an incredibly difficult time putting my seatbelt on. I returned to the service center to notify them of this and waited approximately 20 minutes while the tech corrected the issue. I tried to leave again and this time I found a bolt in the pocket of the driver's door. I asked the tech if I needed the bolt and he responded "where did that come from?" When I advised him that I did not know he stated "he didn't even know where to start." This issue took another 10 minutes to resolve. The next day I found 2 more bolts on the passenger side of the truck and had a small piece of plastic fall from somewhere on the truck. This forced me to bring the truck back to the service center a third time for the repairs to be done correctly. This is not the first time my family has experienced poor service here. My sister's car ended up being a Lemon after they were unable to fix her vehicle's sunroof after 7 attempts. When she took it to another certified Service Center the techs there informed her that they found several broken & extra parts in the area. There was even an instance where the vehicle had an electrical fire after service! This will be the last time I have my truck serviced at this location. I am not sure if the techs are lazy or just incompetent. I will seek out another certified service center to care for my truck. More
