Had pre-arranged several times (confirmed) a courtesy shuttle to work and when I checked in with vehicle no one seemed to be aware that I needed a ride down the street (less than 1 mile) I was asked to w shuttle to work and when I checked in with vehicle no one seemed to be aware that I needed a ride down the street (less than 1 mile) I was asked to wait in Waiting Room while they “ “ located their driver”, no one came to look for me.?I had to call my boss to pick me up to get me to work on time-I even looked for the person that checked me in to tell him I couldn’t wait or I WOULD BE LATE FOR WORK, but he was no where’s to be found. Very disappointing as I had confirmed this several times. I wouldn’t go back to this dealership AGAIN! More
