I was very upset to find out after the fact that my free oil change was only good for a year. I missed it by a month was never told. I get emails and texts all the time but nothing saying your free oil chan oil change was only good for a year. I missed it by a month was never told. It was awesome working with Tom Brown. Took the time to explain all features on the Traverse. Even let me drive the vehicle to my house to make sure it would fit in the garage!
