We dealt with Joe as our salesman and he could not have been more patient and helpful. He got me every option I wanted and he never tried to get me options I didn’t ask for. It took several weeks because I apparently picked a car that didn’t really exist but he was patient, kept us updated and I got the exact car I asked for. I’d highly recommend north penn and joe to anyone looking for a relaxed delete experience! More

It was worth the 267-mile drive to West Penn to buy the replacement car. Phone negotiations went great. The car was fully detailed, shining in the sun when I arrived. Salesman Joe P. gave me a refresher course in the car's features, added a front-end tag bracket (for Virginia license tags) and took me to the Enterprise location to drop off my rental.
