After test driving the car and discovering that the 3.6R would be more appropriate for me, Joe Dineen and his team went above and beyond to see if they were getting any more pre-owned 3.6R's coming in stock. After being unsuccessful in that regard, they gave me an amazing price to get me into a new 2019 Subaru Legacy 3.6R limited. When comparing them to their local competitors, the quality of staff and pricing cannot be beat! Lastly, it was a very seamless transaction. I did not feel like I was waiting there all night to sign paperwork, and even the financing specialist, Rob, was a very charming and pleasant man to work with and was very informative of the extra care plans. This was the 4th Subaru I have bought from Patrick's. I just bought my 4th Subaru from Patrick's. I first dealt with Heather she got me a Forester and an Outback to test drive. She didn't pressure me at all and she was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. I told her I would return on Saturday with my husband. When I returned I found she had gone to another facility so we dealt with Joe Dinneen. He was great! I dreaded buying a new car because there is always pressure but with Joe there was none. He knew the answers to everything we asked and even the paperwork part was easy. He even picked me up at work because I didn't have a trade in so that I could get my new car. And he spent over an hour going through everything in it until I was comfortable enough to drive away. I would recommend my family and friends to go see Joe. More
